What is R2F?
Running to Fitness (R2F) is a one-stop-shop audio program for running beginners.

... The first month with R2F- I ran 3 times a week. As time went by I started running almost everyday, increasing the distance each time!
4 months later, I got accepted to a local team that was training for the 2011 "Herbalife" LA Triathlon.
And so, after 18 intensive weeks of training, I am proud to say that I actually finished a Triathlon!
And a lot of that is thanks to the "initial cick" from Running to Fitness... thank you guys!
